NCL is a factory-authorized repair facility for YSI water quality instruments.

– Both warranty and non-warranty
– Whether or not you purchased it from us
– Warranty work is free
– Very reasonable charges for non-warranty repairs
– Turnaround is usually 2 days or less. This means you’ll have your equipment back FAST!

Call first! Nothing will be accepted without prior authorization. We will fax you to return authorization and instructions.

Low diagnostic fees for non-warranty repairs. The diagnostic fee often covers labor charges for repair.
